The three main stages of adulthood include early adulthood (from mid-30s through late-60s) mid-adulthood between the mid-30s through late-60s, and finally adulthood (mid-60s up to the time of death). When we reach early adulthood, our body has reached its full physical maturity. But, the height and our weight can rise. During young adulthood we reach the highest level of physical capabilities.
